Drew is a principal partner at Idaho Commercial Appraisal and a fourth generation Idahoan. He is excited to be a part of the growth of our State and is committed to advocating sound planning and development practices that will sustain the quality of life we all enjoy. Drew is a graduate of the University of Idaho where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He began his career in Moscow and has been in the commercial appraisal field in the Treasure Valley market since 2002.

He has over twenty years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and is also actively engaged in small scale development, personal property management and investment consulting. Drew is involved in all types of non-residential real property valuations. Drew specifically has an expertise in land valuations that span the spectrum from agricultural to high-density mixed uses and industrial properties from smaller owner-user properties to large-scale manufacturing facilities.

Throughout the years, Drew has completed jobs in multiple markets and makes it a point to invest the time to be more than competent wherever he appraises. Currently, Drew primarily focuses on appraising within the Treasure Valley market (Ada & Canyon Counties).

Away from work, Mr. Owen enjoys spending time with his wife, Jolena and raising their two sons. Activities these days include spending time in the hills with his family/friends, coaching youth sports with his boys and helping out with their small hobby farm in Boise.
