At Idaho Commercial Appraisal, our primary focus is your commercial appraisal, review, or consultation needs, for estate tax, estate planning, acquisition, disposition, internal decision making, or mortgage underwriting. We provide solid supportable analysis, written by MAI commercial appraisal professionals with a strong background in the analysis of owner occupied, income producing and special purpose properties.
We have experience that spans the spectrum of property types including; office properties, retail properties, industrial properties, multi-family properties, investment properties, residential subdivisions, commercial subdivisions, mixed portfolios, mixed use properties, and a multitude of other property types. While our primary service area is the Southern Idaho region, we have years of experience in and continue to service central and northern Idaho, eastern Oregon and western Montana.
