Mr. Robb is a principal partner at Idaho Commercial Appraisal.  He has more than eight years of commercial real estate appraisal experience in Idaho and is also actively engaged in development. 
Mr. Robb received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in the fall of 2008.  He has also been very active with the Southern Idaho Chapter of the Appraisal Institute serving on the board as Programs Chair (2004) and Treasurer (2005-2008). 

Mr. Robb is involved in all types of real property valuation including retail, office, industrial, subdivision, multi-family, as well as many other special purpose type properties.  He specifically has an expertise in apartments, self-storage facilities, assisted living facilities, RV parks, medical centers, day care centers, car wash properties, funeral homes, mobile home parks, and large income producing properties.

Although Mr. Robb has appraised all over Idaho, especially in the Treasure Valley (Ada & Canyon Counties) as well as parts of Oregon and Montana, he has a significant amount of experience and expertise in the Ketchum area (Blaine County), McCall area (Valley County) and Twin Falls area (Twin Falls County) of Idaho.
