Mr. Robb is a principal partner at Idaho Commercial Appraisal.  He has more than six years of commercial real estate appraisal experience in Idaho and is also actively engaged in development.  Mr. Robb graduated in 1998 from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Forest Products Design. 

Mr. Robb has been actively seeking his MAI designation for which he has completed all of the required education.  He has also been very active with the Southern Idaho Chapter of the Appraisal Institute serving on the board as Programs Chair (2004) and Treasurer (2005-2008). 

Mr. Robb is involved in all types of real property valuation including retail, office, industrial, subdivision, apartments, self storage, assisted living, mobile home parks, as well as many other special purpose properties.

Away from Idaho Commercial Appraisal, Mr. Robb enjoys spending time with his wife, Kary, and two daughters, Mia and Ella as well as spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and traveling.
