Mr. Owen is a principal partner at Idaho Commercial Appraisal and a fourth generation Idahoan.  He is excited to be a part of the growth of our State and is committed to advocating sound planning and development practices which will sustain the quality of life we all enjoy. 

Drew has 6+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and is also actively engaged in development, property management and consulting.   Mr. Owen is a graduate of the University of Idaho where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He began his career in Moscow and has been in the appraisal and consulting field in Boise since 2002. 

Away from work, Mr. Owen enjoys spending time with his wife, Jolena, and his dog Fletch.  The two enjoy time at their cabin in Garden Valley as well as hunting, fishing and traveling.
